Juno Award for Emilie-Claire Barlow
Metropole Orkest congratulates Emilie-Claire Barlow with her Juno Award! Last June the Canadian singer came to Hilversum to record the orchestral parts of her album ‘Clear Day’. That album has now been awarded a Juno Award for ‘Best Vocal Jazz Album of the Year’.
Unfortunately, the physical album is not available worldwide but you can find information on where to get the album on Emilie-Claire’s website.
The Juno Awards are the most important music awards in Canada, often called the Canadian Grammy’s, and the winners are selected by a panel of experts (350 to be exact!).
