MEAU & Metropole Orkest

After the great success of the Opening Concert of the ZomerConcerten in July, MEAU will return in January for two concerts in the Main Hall of the Concertgebouw. And just like in the summer, she sings her warm sounds, dreamy choirs and honest, personal lyrics with the Metropole Orkest. New songs and her big hits, such as Blijven Rijden, Dans m’n ogen dicht en natuurlijk haar nieuwe hit Nergens Liever.

In September 2021, MEAU released Dat Heb Jij Gedaan. She went triple platinum with this song, and she won gold for her album 22, a week after the album was released. Her warm sounds, dreamy choirs and honest, personal lyrics appeal to both the Dutch audience and other artists. With Racoon she made Dans M’n Ogen Dicht about the dark and light sides of life. With the Metropole Orkest she sings her biggest hits and new songs, such as Terug In M’n Armen and Onbereikbaar.

The songs that will be played are arranged by Anze Vrabec, Evan Jolly, Jasper Staps, Nicolas Urie, Phil Meadows, Rob Tagget, Scott Nimmer, Tommy Laurence, Uele Lamore and Vladimir Nikolov.
